Daphna is our Client Relations Manager

She graduated from Le Cordon Bleu School of Gastronomy, Hospitality and Management in 2011, and then went on to start a career in hospitality, focusing on customer service and event planning for Level 39 Technology Accelerator in London’s Canary Wharf. However, she soon realised that her true passion was working with animals and their owners, and so moved into the animal care industry.

Daphna uses her depth of experience in providing support and diary management to the practising vets, coordinating patient referrals, appointments and surgeries, while ensuring each owner and pet who walks through the door receives the most caring, attentive and personal service possible.

As part of her plan to further her career in the animal care field, Daphna will soon be undertaking studies towards a Level 3 Animal Science and Welfare diploma.

Daphna lives in East London with her husband Tim and their little Maltese Terrier, Poppet.
