Client Care Assistant
Joanna joined the veterinary industry in 2010, as a receptionist at a busy 24-hour veterinary hospital, later progressing to Head Client Care manager, leading a team, and heading up the client journey experience.
Joanna has worked in various locations during her career across the London area. Joanna has numerous loved family pets, including two cats and a rescue dog.
Joanna’s interests outside work include spending quality family time with her two beautiful granddaughters.
