Acquiring echo images can be easy but interpretation is often thwarted with difficulties.

Making the correct interpretation and diagnosis based on echo findings can also be challenging and it not uncommon to misdiagnose heart disease without a consistent approach to cases.

As ultrasound units are now readily available with more and more echocardiography performed by general practitioners, this evening CPD is aimed at improving overall acquisition and interpretation of echocardiography.

Through a combination of lecture material and case studies, our cardiology specialists Brigite and Chris will guide practitioners through top tips to consider when acquiring images and help to improve interpretation of echo images.

The evening is to take place at the Wellcome Collection, 183 Euston Road, London NW1 2BE on June 7, 2018.

The event is free to all veterinary professionals, and CPD Certificates will be available. The evening commences at 7.15pm with an informal supper and refreshments, followed by the discussion at 7.30pm. The evening is expected to finish by 10:00pm.

To register, please fill out the form at this link. The LVS CPD evenings are proving to be very popular so early booking is advised.
