We were delighted to have been featured recently in The Times business section. Our Head of Surgery, Dr Janet McClaran hosted the national newspaper’s visit for a feature on the increasing availability of specialist surgery for pets. They were particularly interested in how advanced laparoscopic techniques for soft tissue surgery have revolutionised the way in which we deal with cancer and other pet illnesses.
Webster, a beautiful British Blue feline patient of ours had a starring role in the write-up. In the only known case of its kind, Webster survived a twisting and rupturing of his liver lobe from a suspected trauma, and went on to make a full recovery. You can read more about Webster here.
